Date of Birth Requirement
Date of Birth is required for all accounts
***Date of Birth Now Required on NEW AND EXISTING Accounts***
Due to Rule 15 CSR 30-200.015 by the Secretary of State, we are now required to input all patrons’ Date of Birth into their accounts. This should be a one-time request by our library staff.
- For Adults: If you have not provided this information to us, please have your ID ready (if you have an ID).
- For Minors: Parents/Guardians will be required to fill out a one-time form giving their consent for the minor to have a library card, and staff will have to input this information and the minor’s DOB into the system. This also applies to those who already have an existing card.
For existing patrons, failure to comply with the above actions could lead to accounts being suspended.
